Easy process. One sit down interview with the Human Resources Manager and the Lead Supervisor. You will also have to go through a drug screen and background check process along with a defensive driving course.

Human Resources Manager
The hiring process felt really long, with 5 interviews spread over 4 weeks. It started with a phone call from the main office, then several in-person interviews at the local office. Some interviews were set up pretty last minute, sometimes just the day before. Every time I asked about what was next or how decisions were made, the answer kept changing. After the fifth interview with the manager who would have overseen the role, I followed up to see if a decision had been made. They said they'd decide by the end of the week and would check with my references, as I was one of their top two choices. When I didn't hear back and was already fed up with the drawn-out process, I decided to look elsewhere. Three weeks later, I got a letter saying they went with someone else. They never actually contacted my references. A 7-week interview period is just way too long and not okay. Having recruited and hired people myself, this process felt unnecessarily long, difficult, and unrealistic. The more I went through it, the more it seemed like the office was disorganized and chaotic.
- How do you feel about working with people in leadership positions?
Sales
It was with one person, and they were friendly and professional. You get to talk about your previous experience in sales. If you don't have experience, you just answer questions about how you would start selling something to a stranger.
- What steps would you take to approach a lead?
