I found the Benefits Analyst role on LinkedIn and got an email for an initial call to chat about the company and get acquainted. When the scheduled time came, they never called, so I emailed to reschedule. They replied the following week and we finally had the call that day, though they seemed unprepared. Following that, we set up a Zoom interview, but after waiting 30 minutes, nobody showed up. I emailed them the same day and then again two weeks later, but still no reply.

I had a phone call with a recruiter to talk about myself and my interests. Then, I went to the office for my first in-person interview. It was a group interview with the recruiter, a senior analyst, and an account manager from the same department.

The hiring manager contacted me after I applied for a phone interview. When the scheduled time arrived, they didn't call. I emailed to reschedule, and they didn't reply for a few days. I sent my availability, including dates I'd be on vacation. They didn't respond to my email and then called me while I was on vacation. The in-person interview felt negative. I met with the hiring manager and two employees. They asked questions about weaknesses like 'What are things people have told you you could improve on?', 'What type of management do you not work well under?', and 'Tell us about a time you have struggled at work?'. They didn't focus on my strengths or what I could contribute. It felt like they weren't listening and were just reading from a script.

It was a pretty simple process, I had three interviews total. First, I spoke with my initial contact who put me in touch with the company. Then, I interviewed with my direct managers. Finally, I met with the account administrator because I would be working at their desk.
