I wasn't really interviewed for this role. I was hired as a CSR/cashier, with the possibility of moving to the kitchen if I got trained and they asked me to. My first schedule had me in the kitchen, and I wasn't informed beforehand. They said I should have contacted them if I wasn't sure about my schedule, but I don't check emails that often. I was told I was hired for the store side and would only consider the kitchen if they needed me to fill in, depending on the circumstances.

I got an email saying to come to the store on the wrong day. The manager wasn't there, so I had to go home and then wait two more days for the interview. It was really short, held in the back storage room. We were standing the whole time, no chairs, and no availability sheet to fill out.

It was cool and very intriguing. I got all my questions answered perfectly and then I was offered a job that I accepted. I'm really excited to start a successful career here. This company has tons to offer and I'm sure there's a bright future ahead as I grow and move up.

It was a pretty standard interview with the usual questions, but I noticed my interviewer seemed really focused on asking about my energy level and charisma, even though most of my interactions would be serving people at the hot bar.
