Had a normal conversation with the recruiter. They mostly asked behavioral questions. They explained how the rotational program works, how I'll end up in the department I want, and if I have any relocation preferences.

Behavioral Technical Case

I chatted with a recruiter at a campus career fair just to pass the time since the companies I actually wanted to talk to had huge lines. The LDP caught my eye, so I sent in an application via Handshake. About a week later, I had a phone screening where they mostly just rehashed the application questions and made sure I checked all the boxes (GPA, prior internships, etc.). After that, there was another phone interview where we went over my resume - pretty straightforward. Then came several in-person interviews back-to-back, which was tiring but not really hard. I spoke with HR, managers, and some former program participants, so I got a mix of technical and soft-skill questions. Finally, I had a last round interview. It was the most nerve-wracking because I knew it was the last one, but surprisingly, it was also the easiest. It felt more like a casual chat than a real interview. I got a verbal offer about an hour after it ended, and the official offer letter was in my email by the end of the day. Basically, if you meet the program requirements, can discuss your resume, and don't mess up, you'll be fine.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online on their website. Then had a basic phone interview with an HR manager where they asked standard behavioral questions. If they liked you, they invited you to their headquarters for a whole-day interview with a schedule of who you would be interviewing with throughout the day and a lunch break in the middle. They will then give you an offer if you passed this part of the interviewing process.
