It was just one call, really straightforward. Make sure you know your resume inside and out and be ready for some pretty standard personality questions like why you'd be a good fit and what you bring to the table. I didn't encounter any technical questions myself, but I'd guess most interviews would include some.

I applied through the Bettha platform, and after a few days, a recruiter from Bettha contacted me to inform me about the interview with the managers at Parker. The interviewers were nice, but they didn't seem open when I asked about growth opportunities within the company. I realized they were actually just looking for an intern to fill a position, with no real chance for hiring or development within the company. I didn't receive any feedback after the interview.

Got a call from HR, then the Hiring Manager reached out for a second interview. The hiring manager asked basic behavior questions, no technical stuff. He said he or HR would let me know the outcome, and HR also mentioned they'd update me. But then HR just stopped replying to my emails. It's weird because usually, even if you don't get the job, companies respond after a 1-hour interview. Felt pretty disrespectful and unprofessional.
