I applied online, and then got messaged on Indeed for an interview. It seemed like they hadn't read my resume or cover letter at all, and didn't even know what job I applied for. They offered me a choice between a live lesson demo on Zoom or sending in a video. I preferred Zoom, but they insisted I send a video. Then, they didn't give me an email address to send it to, telling me instead to upload it to YouTube. Every time they addressed me, it was rude and unprofessional. With over a decade of teaching experience, this felt demeaning, like employees weren't valued, so I decided not to proceed. It's no wonder their job postings are always up. I guess I'm not the only qualified candidate who felt this way.

I applied through Indeed, and after receiving an email about my availability for an interview, I followed up with a phone call. I scheduled the interview and arrived dressed in art teacher attire. After I filled out some paperwork, she began asking questions. The whole process took about 30 minutes.
