Sales Consultant
The first interview was with the area sales manager at a community. Then, a second interview included a drug test, personality test, and a skills assessment. The final interview was at the corporate office with the VP of Sales.
- What is your primary motivator?
- Can you be flexible with your work hours?
- Do you work well in a team environment?
Sales Consultant
After applying, there was a phone call, then a phone interview with the general sales manager, followed by an interview with the VP of sales. Then, I was asked to complete the Berke Assessment, and finally, a face-to-face interview with both managers. The process felt unorganized, and they seemed unprepared, asking questions off the cuff. However, I received an offer the same day.
- Can you describe how you manage challenging interactions with potential buyers?
Post Closer
The interview experience was great and very efficient. It was relaxed and not stressful, which made me feel that this role would be a good fit. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process.
- Can you tell me the number of closings your previous firm handled monthly?
