Started with a phone screen, then an in-person panel interview. After that, I had a second interview with some other clinic managers. Both interviews were professional and thoughtful. The on-site interviews happened at the clinic, and there was a tour during the last interview.

I sent my resume through the company's website. About a month later, HR reached out via email. I had a quick 15-minute phone chat with HR, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. The in-person part lasted about 2 hours, which included a tour of the facility. I met with the PT supervisor and a manager. Everyone was really friendly, and the whole experience felt professional but not stressful. The interview covered typical get-to-know-you questions and some behavioral questions. A week after the in-person meeting, HR called with a job offer.

I got an email to set up a phone interview about a week after applying online. Questions were very simple and straightforward. About an hour later, I got another email asking me to come in for an in-person interview. I scheduled this for the next day. The interview was 1:1 with who would be my manager. Questions were fairly difficult - I was asked 10 behavioral/situational questions that definitely required some thinking about my leadership experience, how I transition well into leadership positions, how I handle not getting along with coworkers, etc. Two days later, I received a final interview request via email. This interview was scheduled for early the following week. It was panel style, where I was interviewed by two other managers from other departments, as well as the original interviewer. This interview was short and asked more in-depth questions regarding my resume and management style. There was also time for me to ask questions. I received an offer via phone 3 days later. After the offer, there's a mandatory background check and employee health screening (including a TB blood test).

I applied for a job that didn't have many details after not hearing back from a recruiter I had emailed with questions. Then, I got a call for a phone screening and gave them my availability. The recruiter then emailed me to see if she could call in an hour, but I was asleep since I had worked the night shift. Instead of waiting, she called and woke me up to do the screening while I was still half asleep.
