So after not getting an internship, Pariveda actually let me apply early for a tech consulting role and skip another behavioral interview. All I had to do was this case study, which made me nervous because I'm a CS person, not business. It was over Zoom in a group of three with other candidates. We got this problem, like a big, complicated brain teaser. Planning, figuring it out, solving it, and then presenting our answer took about three hours. Honestly, it was super fun. Then, about nine months later, my offer got taken away :(

Behavioral Technical

After applying, there were three steps: First, a recruiter screening, which was basically an interview where they asked about my experience and why I was interested in pariveda and told me about the role. Second, an online reasoning assessment with inductive/deductive and numerical reasoning. Third, a behavioral interview with a president or VP at the location I was most interested in or the one they needed me at.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite lengthy and, honestly, a bit of a drag. The interviewer mainly stuck to a script, asking questions with very little back-and-forth or genuine interaction. They also kind of dismissed any questions I had about the company.
