Recruiter
They really want to dig in and make sure you're a good fit all around. Great experience with great people. If you don't want to get your brain picked or give thoughtful answers, the interview will be difficult for you.
- Can you describe a time you received constructive feedback and how you handled it?
Recruiter
This interview process was really long and strange, taking about four months from start to finish. By the time I finally heard back, I had already decided not to proceed. There were four interviews in total, and I would often be left waiting for weeks without any updates. Just when I was about to give up, I'd get another interview scheduled. This went on for months! I was surprised by the professionalism, especially considering I'm applying to be a recruiter and their own recruiters had such poor communication. Thanks, but I'll pass. I should have checked other reviews before wasting my time.
- Tell me about your behavioral experiences.
- What are your skills?
Corporate Recruiter
The whole thing was a mess, super vague. It dragged on for 4 months with a big break while someone internal figured out if they were interested. Weeks would just disappear, and I'd pretty much give up, but then they'd pull me back in talking about this amazing culture with smart, creative people like me. After 5 different Skypes and calls, I flew out to meet them. The manager said we'd have a prep call before I flew out, but they kept making excuses to avoid it, even though I kept reaching out. They had me do a presentation on a straightforward case study for a few managers, but I didn't get it because it wasn't their super analytical style. Right before I left to fly home, they asked if I'd take the job. It was really disorganized.
- Were you asked a lot of behavioral questions?
