I was contacted after applying online for a Consultant position. The first interview was 30 minutes long with a very kind and transparent interviewer. However, the role at my preferred location was no longer open, and I wasn't open to relocating at that time. Although I was told there would be three rounds in total, I withdrew after the first round, having been informed I would have advanced. Despite not continuing, it was a positive experience overall.

Behavioral Technical

I got hired for a new grad Technical Consultant role in Oct 2022. After three interviews, the last one being a 4-hour marathon, I got an offer and accepted. However, in May 2023, they postponed my start date, saying it was just a delay, not a withdrawal. About a month later, they completely rescinded the offer. I'd advise caution with this company. I spent half a year not looking for other new grad positions because I was expecting to work here, which is why I'm jobless now. I haven't applied for anything in months.

The interview process spanned several months and culminated in an all-day onsite interview at a Pariveda office. The salary ranges for different levels were clearly communicated upfront: M3 Managers make 144K, P1 Principals make 181K, and P2 Principals make 188K. The final interview day included a sales interview, a technical interview, an analytical case study, and a principal case study. For each case study, candidates had 30 minutes to review it, followed by 20-30 minutes to ask clarifying questions. Then, 1.5 hours were allocated to work on solutions presented on whiteboards. The session concluded with a 20-minute presentation of the case findings to a panel of at least two Pariveda Vice Presidents, followed by a discussion.
