The interview was straightforward. The OM was pretty friendly. They asked basic questions about why I want to join, career progression, and training. Unfortunately, I only worked there for a short time. My first day was quite confusing as the manager and staff didn't let me do much.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 4-step interview process. First, I spoke with HR, then the head of franchise development, followed by the head of the construction department, and finally, an in-person interview with the head of construction and a so-called Sr. PM. It was a bit long and quite disappointing, but it was the typical question/answer format. Then there was a meet and greet with the head of the department and a supervisor. They explained they need someone who can help collaborate and make their system more efficient because they're not hitting their projected company growth. They showed me how jobs and projects are run and how disorganized their internal processes are. They asked for my feedback and ideas. I realized their management and procedures are subpar compared to industry standards, so I offered constructive criticism based on my experience and suggested industry-standard practices and processes they should adopt. HR later sent a letter saying that after their review, I didn't have the right qualifications. I reached out and asked for an explanation as a courtesy for my own improvement, but I never heard back.
