Intern
Two interviews were conducted, and the process was quick and easy. The recruiter was responsive, and a decision was made swiftly. Experiences might differ across departments in such a large company.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
The interview lasted about 40 minutes, which didn't feel that long. It was with two people from the department. Both were very friendly, there's a 'DU' (informal 'you') culture, the conversation was pleasant and very informative. All in all, I'd describe it as positive.
- Why this department?
- Why Douglas?
Intern
First, there was a 30-minute phone call for a first impression. Lots of technical questions were asked and the department was described. The call was mostly in German, switching to English at times. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. My CV was briefly reviewed, but mainly, many questions and small tasks were given.
- What industry trends do you see?
- What slogan could work for a campaign?
- Which advertising medium best reaches which target group?
