Technical

I was given a technical task to complete within 7 days. I was allowed to use only the standard library, but caching was optional. They were looking for how well I handled memory and CPU usage. This task was designed to test if I could understand instructions and make smart guesses when the requirements weren't totally clear.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty smooth process, exactly what I expected with three rounds, and I got to meet with leadership incrementally. Since there weren't any other designers involved, the 'technical' part was really about assessing how a designer would take ownership of a product.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a 2-hour in-person session. During the in-person part, there's an informal break where two team members take you out for coffee to make things more casual and engaging.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a situation where you had to help a coworker improve their performance or their working relationship with you when they weren't meeting expectations or were difficult to work with.
