The interview process was super fast and I got to chat with a bunch of different people. First, I hopped on a call with the recruiter, who was seriously the nicest! She totally nailed explaining the gig, what to expect, and got me really hyped about working there. Next up, I talked with the sales managers. It was a two-on-one, and they asked me about my past jobs and how I'd performed. Right after that, I met with the VP of Sales, and it was pretty much the same kind of questions, just to get to know me better. I figure they were checking if I could actually do the sales job and if I'd vibe with the office culture. The final chat was a few days later with the owner. She was so cool and friendly, it really sealed the deal for me – this is where I want to build my career. It was awesome seeing the owner so involved and passionate about her company.

I applied online and went through a phone screen and an in-person interview. Communication from this company was really bad. I interviewed ages ago and still haven't heard back, even after sending multiple follow-up thank you emails. If a small company can't take a minute to respond to people who are eager to join, I can't imagine how they treat their current employees. Seriously, avoid this place, it's a sinking ship that will lead to nothing but headaches. Go find a better sales job.

It was a very professional process to start, with the usual screening questions. I made it to the final stage, but then I never heard back from them. I reached out to the Talent Acquisition person, but I didn't get any response or feedback. It was disappointing after a good start.

The interview process was straightforward and thorough. The staff members were welcoming, and the location was convenient. They inquired about my prior work history, my location, my educational background, and my reasons for wanting to join the company. I found the opening on Indeed.
