Sales Representative
It was 4 rounds: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Colleagues, and the NSM. All of this happened in just 2 weeks and I got the job. The whole process was super positive and fast, and I felt like I had the job at every single step.
- Tell me about your resume.
- Can you show me your past sales successes?
Commercial Operations
I was initially reached out to about the position and they told me it would be a quick process. Everyone I interviewed with told me it seemed like I was made for the job. However, they continued to draw out the process. Over 2+ months, I interviewed with 11 different people over 9 different interviews. Every time I thought it was done they asked for more. They asked me to do a writing assignment, which I completed, and then a week later asked for another one, of which I did research for and completed. I got great feedback on each one. I put so much of my time and effort into this process, only for them to choose the other candidate over me. No one from the company reached out to me to explain, only my recruiter told me that it happened. I understand a company wanting to make sure they have the best candidate, but that was truly overkill and an unfair waste of my time. They kept me strung along by telling me they had no hesitations about me in each interview and that I would be amazing in the position.
- Draft a detailed internal company communication regarding an event, leaving room for interpretation to gauge my approach.
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Started with a recruiter call, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager, followed by a virtual panel interview, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and finally a director interview. 5 interviews in total, and the whole process took about two weeks.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Chief Operating Officer
I had some initial meetings with the co-founders, one of whom is a Nobel Prize winner. The final interview was with the startup's lead attorney.
- Can you describe your experience in the biotech sector, especially within the context of company startups?
