First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Paranet Solutions.
Systems Analyst
The overall interview process was negative, with a very hostile and insecure atmosphere. The CEO's attitude was vulgar and corrupt, discussing cheating and lying. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to contribute, grow, and have job security.
- They mentioned making an offer, but the process felt unprofessional, hostile, and full of backstabbing.
- Despite assurances, no offer was ever extended.
Project Manager
Had 3 interviews, starting with an HR phone call, then a video call with a psychologist, and finally an in-person one. The whole thing wrapped up in under 2 weeks. Everyone seemed super chill and friendly with each other, which was nice.
- Could you tell me about your strongest quality?
- What would you consider your weakest quality?
- What are three words that best describe your core values?
Information Technology
It was a pleasant interview process and I had a good interaction with the people who interviewed me. I got to see a lot of different parts of the tech side of things. The work schedule seems good and there are opportunities to move up. The starting pay was about what you'd expect in this field.
- In what ways do you see yourself fitting into our team and company culture?
Intern
It was a decent interview, more on the conversational side. They properly explained the business, the role, and the problems I would be solving. Overall, a nice interview experience.
- Tell me about your past experience and how it would be beneficial to this team.
