First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Paramount Hospitality Management.
Senior Associate
This was a terrible experience, and it wasn't a Senior role at all. It felt like a junior role masquerading as a senior professional. Any senior-level professional: be weary about their job advertisement. Don’t waste your time taking off work for an interview - you’ll likely be disappointed when you realize it’s really a junior level position. The job advertisement felt fake.
- Can you describe your experience that qualifies you for this role?
Food and Beverage Manager
I was interested in a position, but the hiring process seemed to ignore confidentiality. The general manager and I initially tried to schedule a meeting. However, communication stopped, and I assumed they'd found someone else. A week later, my current employer informed me they knew I'd applied at The Point International Drive. This was concerning, as my employer supported my career growth. They contacted my current employer before even deciding to interview me, which is unprofessional and could endanger my job. I advise applying at your own risk.
- What is your availability for an interview?
Cafe Attendant
The interview process was great. I was interviewed and hired the very next day. I was super impressed with how modern and professional everything was, and they really took the time to make sure I was the right fit for the role.
- Can you describe a situation where you collaborated with a team and outline your specific contribution?
Front Desk Agent
I met with the HR Director and the Director of Guest Services for initial chats. After that, I had a conversation with the General Manager. They did a drug test on the same day and initiated a background check. A week later, I got the call to start training.
