I chatted with the Sales Team Supervisor and we talked through the job description. He asked me questions to see if I'd fit the role. Once he saw I was a good fit, he told me about the hours and benefits. The offer was extended, but I couldn't take it because it ends at 7pm M-F and I need to pick up my kid by 6pm. If you want to make money, have good people skills, and can work the hours, I totally recommend it. This job is 100% commission, so it's a gamble, but the Supervisor said if you use his training method, you'll be fine.

The interviewer, who was a really nice ex-marine and super funny, made me feel really comfortable and asked about my home life. He hired me right then and there. He then asked me to come in the next day for orientation, which I'm really excited about.

I met with Aaron, and he was great. He described the job, and I liked what I heard, and he liked what he heard from me. Everyone was friendly. They gave me a handbook and a quiz or test on sales and marketing, and common sense, sort of like a personality test. It's a great way to make money, but you have to want to make the money; it's not for slackers.

It was a fast-paced process with not much info. They rushed through it and didn't answer my questions. They seemed eager to hire me quickly. I got the job offer but turned it down because of how it went. You've been warned, I'd guess a lot of people quit.
