They asked a lot of general questions from my resume, but they did not schedule formally for interviewing. They would call me randomly. I didn't think it was professional and I sent them a follow up email after a week from the interview about when to hear back for the next steps and took them a week to respond back to reject me.

Had phone screens, then a preliminary onsite, followed by a full day interview. The full day included a technical talk and over 6 one-on-one chats. It was mostly technical questions, with just one HR person. I got a tour of the facilities too - it's an awesome place!

The interview process lasted the whole day. It began with an IQ test in the morning, followed by a basic engineering written test. Out of about 15 people, only 8 made it through. Next, there was a group discussion/interview, and then an interview with a panel of 3 people. Most candidates were filtered out, leaving only 3. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview with the VP.
