Behavioral Technical Coding

I had a remote interview with the direct manager, followed by two on-site technical interviews. Then, a remote HR interview via Zoom. Finally, there was a contract discussion. The technical parts were pretty straightforward, mainly asking about my past projects, ideas for improvement, and how I'd manage growing complexity. They also looked into my behavior. The HR interview was more about personality and behavioral aspects.
