I applied online on their career website. About a week later, I got an email from a recruiter. The email had details on the three interview phases, salary, job description, and the work area. I then went through the virtual interview part. Before the phone interview, there were some skill assessments: a typing test, grammar/spelling test, a writing sample, and a quick one-way video interview. This part took about two hours. A few days after that, the recruiting team contacted me to set up a phone interview, which lasted an hour and had quite challenging questions. A few days after the phone interview, I got an email from DocuSign with my offer letter. I tried to negotiate, but they said no, so I accepted the offer.

The interview process was simple and straightforward, not difficult at all. It involved basic questions that anyone should be able to answer without any trouble. The difficulty can depend on the interviewer; some officers asking questions are easygoing, while others might try to make it challenging, but overall, it's fairly easy.

Applied and then got a call the next day to schedule an interview. The interview itself wasn't too hard and the interviewer was really nice and made me feel at ease. He started by sharing a bit about himself and then went on to explain the role. They were looking for someone with Government contract experience, which I didn't have and was likely why I didn't get the job.

We start with an initial interview. After that, we're given 4 tests. Based on how we do on those, we move on to a second round, which is another interview with the team managers. If the vibe is right, you get hired. They tend to hire temporary staff more easily since they offer weekly contracts.
