Contract Attorney
First, Paragon vetted me to see if I was a good fit for the job, and then I had a phone interview with the client where we talked about my past experience with content acquisition for software products.
- Tell me about your experience procuring content for a software product.
Attorney Development Associate
The interview process was long, but it was worth it because the company really values its people and wanted me to meet with many important people there. I was really impressed with how much care they put into everything. The VP of Client Development and Legal Affairs gave me personal attention the whole time and did a great job of keeping me updated, even when there were some scheduling issues. Everyone I met with (seven people in total) was friendly and actually interested in the interview. They all replied personally to my thank you emails. I'm sad I didn't get an offer, but I know it was a fair and well-run process.
- Can you describe your approach to handling multiple competing priorities?
Product Counsel
The initial recruiter screen was very professional and organized. They took time to build rapport, explained the logistics of working for the organization and the timeline. They also sent follow-up information with recommendations for further research, which was super helpful.
- Can you tell me about your current roles and your availability?
- What kind of work are you seeking?
- Are you interested in full-time, part-time, or project-based work?
