It was a pretty simple interview, they asked me about my past jobs and how I'd be a good fit for the company, plus some made-up situations where I had to give my thoughts.

The interview process was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It started with a phone screen with their COO/CMO, who was temporarily handling HR duties. I thought it went well, and they initially said I'd hear back in about a week and a half for an in-person interview. However, they scheduled it for the very next day. The in-person interview also seemed to go well, except for the media director who seemed insecure and admitted she was worried about me stepping on her toes. I was told I'd hear back in about a week. Despite sending personalized thank you notes and a follow-up email to the COO/CMO a week later, I received absolutely no response. Not even a rejection. It was pathetic and very disappointing not to get any professional courtesy.

Behavioral Other

The interview process felt unclear and secretive, which was confusing. It started with an in-person meeting, followed by a phone interview. I had to specifically ask for a job description after being told I was a great fit and invited to meet the team. Even after receiving a job offer, there was a six-week silence before they finally called to retract the offer due to 'unforeseeable circumstances.' It was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience, which is a shame because some of the people I spoke with were quite nice. Their internal systems and transparency clearly need improvement.
