First, I had a quick phone call with HR, which was basically a screening and super short. Then, I went to their center in Malibu for the main interview, which lasted about 35 minutes and was way more informative. If they liked me after that, they asked for references to contact.

The onboarding was quick, and all communication happened by email. Training and support during the transition were also seamless. It's a very team-focused place that will help you develop and grow as a clinician!

The interview process had pretty straightforward questions. I participated in a group interview with 10 other people, which would have been nice to know beforehand. Most of us seemed surprised it was a group format, and not everyone got a chance to speak. However, other colleagues mentioned they were interviewed individually and often got the chance through networking.

The interview process was discriminatory and did not offer opportunities to those without experience. I drove a long way and waited outside for someone to open the door. The interviewer showed prejudice towards Asian individuals interested in employment.
