It was a pretty chill interview process, everyone was super nice and asked basic questions. I did my interview remotely, and they were really flexible with my schedule. I had two interviews and then got dropped after the second one. It was kinda annoying that I never heard back or got an email saying I wasn't moving forward.

The interview process was very organized. They called when they said they would, and everyone was engaging. Importantly, all the leaders were aligned on the company's direction and the expectations for the role.

My recruiter Ashley was super professional and the start of the process was really smooth. They had me do a project, but then I waited several weeks for a response. It felt like they weren't totally ready to hire a full-time employee. I heard from some cross-functional team members during my interviews that there's high turnover on some teams, which I appreciated them being honest about. It seemed like the issue might be working with Cami, the CEO, as they mentioned turnover is due to her being extremely difficult to work with. I felt strung along because it sounded like I was going to get the job, but they took so long to decide.

So I applied for this job, and the interview process was pretty standard. I first spoke with a recruiter, and then I had a conversation with the hiring manager. After that, I never heard back, so I assumed they either changed their mind about the role or hired someone else. Then, months later, a recruiting firm reached out about a similar position. I decided to talk to them, and about 20 minutes into the call, I realized it was the exact same role I had already applied for and interviewed for previously, and still hadn't heard back from. It was a complete waste of my time and the recruiter's time. It really makes you question a company's decision-making process when they can't even settle on a role.
