The interview process was pretty fast. The HR director emailed me, and we scheduled a 15-20 minute phone interview. After that, she emailed me saying she wanted to do an in-person interview, which lasted about 30-45 minutes.

Behavioral

It was a quick and painless interview. The hiring manager was friendly and personable right away. The interview took place in a small room with windows both inside and out, seeming like a small office. I was given some questions, but we ended up talking about a place where we both lived. The interview finished faster than I thought it would.

I was phone interviewed, then in person interviewed with temp agency I had submitted my resume to for a specific job they posted. Later that afternoon, I was Skype interviewed by temp agency. Then next day, I was phone interviewed by 3 company team members, then interviewed in person with HR a couple days later. The whole process took less than a week. This was a temp to hire position.
