It was a really quick and easy interview. I met with the General Manager and we talked for about 15 minutes. I was hired on the spot! After that, they set up a time for me to come in for orientation and training, which involved watching videos on an iPad. The next day, I started shadowing one of the other hostesses. Eventually, I even became a trainer myself.

My interview process was pretty good. I originally interviewed with the GM and he just asked me about myself and my current availability. Then after I was offered a position another manager came by and gave me a tour of the restaurant and gave me the uniform. After that I sat down with my service manager and made my training schedule and what my set schedule would be after training.

It was a pretty simple two-interview process. First, a manager interviewed me to see if I qualified based on my schedule and work availability. The second day, I talked to the General Manager. We discussed similar things like why I was applying and how I found out about the job. We also talked about salary expectations. If you're not applying to be a server, they might offer you other roles if they don't think you're a good fit for what you applied for.
