The whole process was really quick and simple. I applied in person, and they called me for a quick interview the same day. The manager asked some questions about when I can work, my experience helping customers, and how I'd deal with busy times. It felt pretty casual but still professional. Overall, it was a good and easy experience.

It's a super straightforward process, usually starting with a one-on-one chat with a manager. If that goes well, you'll have another one-on-one with the general manager where you'll answer a few questions about your past work history and your availability. After that, you'll likely get a job offer and then we'll set up a date for orientation.

Interviews for this role are usually held during regular business hours and can take some time to get started. I had two interviews total, first with a day manager and then with the general manager. It's a good entry-level position that doesn't typically require prior experience. Having good work habits such as being organized, self-motivated, and maintaining a positive attitude is a bonus.
