Had a phone interview with some basic education questions, pretty straightforward. Also, took an online test of some STEM skills. The test was more advanced than I expected for a tutoring role but was well within my skill set and what can be reasonably expected in an interview.

Before the first interview, you get two tests. One is to check your writing skills, and the other is to check your reviewing abilities. Once you've passed those, you'll have one or sometimes two phone interviews. In these calls, you'll answer questions about your educational background, any breaks in your work history, your comfort with remote work, and general questions about yourself.

It was a really quick and easy process, everything was done online. First, I was contacted by a recruiter. Then, I had to answer some questions about my past experiences. After that, I had to do a mock tutoring session. The whole thing took about a couple of weeks from start to finish.
