It took them 3 months to even invite me to an interview. During the interview, there were a lot of red flags. They kept talking about how chaotic everything is. I decided to withdraw my interest because they mentioned the words "fire" and "chaos" way too many times, which was concerning.

The interview process at Papaya Global was great, really organized and kept me interested. From the start to the end, everything was clear and professional. The interviewers were nice, showed respect, and really wanted to know about my background, what I can do, and what I value. I liked the questions they asked, which made me think about real situations and how I handle problems. Every conversation gave me a better sense of the company’s vibe, how they work together, and their innovative spirit. All in all, it was straightforward, quick, and made me even more excited about possibly joining Papaya Global.

The interview process was very fast. I had an initial HR call and after my profile was selected, I interviewed with the Lead and the Manager the very next day in two separate rounds. After passing those, I went to the office for another interview with a day's break in between, and I got the offer within a week. Big thanks to HR Vinod, I really appreciate it.
