Payroll Manager
I went through 3 interviews, starting with the team leader, then the group manager, and finally the director. It was all in English. We discussed the day-to-day responsibilities, my strengths and weaknesses, and mostly analyzed common work situations. I felt it was a very fair process, with nice people and an interesting job.

Recurring contacted me by email and we arranged a call to talk about the job. After our chat, they sent me some basic info on the company, the CEO, and the role I applied for so I could get ready for the interview. They also let me pick the time for my interview. The interview happened, and within a week, I heard back if I got it. Not long after, HR was in touch for onboarding.

first rount would be the excel test consisting of 5 different questions( vlookup, pivot table, change of currency, etc) with time bound. Next will be the virtual round with HR followed by the manager.
