Behavioral Presentation

The interview was through a chatbot and was supposed to be 10-15 minutes, but it ended up being a few hours. It had a bunch of behavioral questions and I had to record a video intro. I didn't talk to a human at all during this.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance of a product or service you designed where a digital experience facilitated a real-world human interaction? Describe the issue, the target audience, and your involvement in crafting the entire journey. A link to a portfolio piece or case study is welcome, but a written explanation is also fine.

Behavioral Other

First, I had to do an AI screener that had a chat option. Then, I got a basic form asking about residency, salary expectations, and start date. It said they'd be in touch after I responded, but nobody ever got back to me. I even reached out to someone on LinkedIn, but still no progress. It felt like they were using AI to filter candidates without any real intention of replying, which is rough in this job market.

Behavioral Technical

I got hired through an agency. My first interview was with my recruiter. After that, I had a interview with 4 managers from Papa. They asked me questions about my past roles as a customer service specialist. It was a video interview and each manager asked me separately.

Behavioral Technical

I completed an assignment and then had several rounds of interviews with different team members. The interviews were mostly standard behavioral and experience-based questions. Some conversations revealed disorganization and low morale in parts of the company. This was reinforced by the lack of communication about my application status for over a month after my interviews. While the company's mission is compelling and there are talented people, the red flags and disorganization make me hesitant to join at this time. I wish them the best though.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you discuss your previous work experience?
