Leasing Agent
The interview process was quite pleasant and straightforward. I was greeted warmly and received a job offer on the same day. The necessary paperwork was also processed quickly. I found the overall hiring experience to be very simple.
- What software or programs are you familiar with from previous roles?
Maintenance Supervisor
Great experience, the office staff was friendly while I waited and was always early. The manager was friendly and you could tell they actually enjoyed their job and loved the property. Other than that, the actual process was nothing more than any other process.
- What is your reason for leaving your current employer?
Investment Analyst
Applied via LinkedIn. Had two initial phone calls, followed by a third Zoom meeting with a Managing Director and Vice President. Each of these stages took about 30 minutes. Despite receiving positive feedback after the call with the MD, I was subsequently ghosted. Overall, it felt like a pretty straightforward process.
- Can you discuss multifamily cap rates?
- What are your thoughts on certain markets?
- Walk me through your underwriting experience.
Assistente Fiscal
The interviews for this position are smooth. They are done in two steps, one with HR and another with the area managers. The technical questions, asked by the managers, are not that difficult. The company also offers opportunities for professionals at the beginning of their careers.
