Biologist
The interview process was quite thorough. It started with a telephone interview, then an in-person meeting with the owners, and finally a field interview. I was a bit nervous about the field interview at first, but afterward, I was glad I did it because it felt more natural to demonstrate my field knowledge than just talk about my resume. I had to write up the results from the field interview. This one-on-one field interview really let me go into more detail about my experience and talk about my strengths and what I aim to achieve.

3D Artist / Creative Director
The interview experience was generally positive, though certain management details crucial to my subsequent departure after a year were omitted. I suspect this was to avoid deterring me from accepting the position. I was informed about the occasional need for weekend and extended work hours, which I accepted as standard for the industry. However, unlike previous roles where overtime was compensated, here it was effectively a penalty, which felt inequitable given the client was billed hourly. Additionally, the expectation for field staff to maintain constant communication via text regarding travel status was not disclosed during the interview. I believe they anticipated my reluctance towards this requirement and thus omitted it. It's also worth noting that company meetings were scheduled for 4 PM, meaning any overruns extended into employees' personal time.
