Behavioral Case Presentation

My interview process with Pangaea was seamless. I was reached out to for this position on LinkedIn and had a call the next day. They quickly set up a second interview for later that week, and then I got a case study to finish in 72 hours and present to some team members. After that, I had one last interview and got the offer a few hours later! This job really felt like it was meant to be, and everyone I talked to was super nice and excited about their jobs and the company.

My experience was great! I had 3 video interviews. I was supposed to go on a trip so they managed to schedule everything very fast. 1st one was with the Director of People. We had a great, easy, nice conversation. I could feel a connection right away. We discussed the company, what they are looking for, my background and expectations. 2nd interview was with the Recruiter. We talked about my experience, recruiting processes, background overall. Discussed the company processes, recruiting resources, etc. And again it was a very nice conversation. The last interview was with the Director of Engineering :) I was a little bit nervous. This one was a little different. We talked about my recruiting strategies, hard situation, how I manage them, collaboration with people, different cultures, etc. It went really good actually.

After an initial info interview, the Co-Founder wanted to meet in person and have me present some ideas. I drove 2 hours to their co-working space, but he didn't even show up, claiming he overslept and not even apologizing. They rescheduled, and I had to present my ideas again. It felt like they just wanted to steal my ideas. Then, I met other team members who were unimpressive but cocky. One guy thought he was a marketing genius because he knew Lebron James. After I shared my ideas, they ghosted me. Now, I hear they're launching one of my ideas. Thanks for wasting my time.

Case Presentation Behavioral

The interview with Pangaea was super well put together and professional. Recruiters kept me in the loop, always letting me know what was next. They answered my questions and kept things moving between interviews. It all ended with a case study presentation. They gave me clear instructions and enough time to do the analysis. During the presentation, I got to show my analytical and problem-solving skills to the whole team. What was cool was how collaborative the Q&A was, with thoughtful questions showing real interest in my approach. The presentation also let me meet lots of team members and get a feel for the company vibe. This helped me understand how they work together and tackle problems.

  • Considering our current eCommerce strategy, which parts should stay, which should change, and why for each?
