I applied online and had a connection in the NY office, but I applied to the Boston office. The process involved a phone call with HR, then another with the HR manager. After that, I had a 2-hour in-person meeting with two people from the Client Services team. I also took a test about CPMs. Then, I had a phone interview with three people from an outer office, including one via Skype. The next day, I had a phone interview with the New York team. Finally, I traveled to the outer office for three interviews back-to-back.

I applied for a job online, but didn't hear back for a while. Then, a few weeks later, they emailed me about an interview that was scheduled for less than a week away. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, asking general questions like how I'd handle customer service and what I could contribute to the company. A few days after that, they offered me a job, though it wasn't the exact one I initially applied for, and I started the following week.

I applied online and heard back about a month later about a phone interview. The recruiter set it up and it lasted about 25 minutes where I talked about my experience and why I wanted to work at Pandora. After that, I had a 2.5 hour Skype interview with three people I would be working with. They asked about my experience, sales skills, and qualifications. Since it's a music company, they also asked about my music tastes and hobbies. About 2 hours after the interview, I got a call saying I got the internship!
