As other people have said, the interview process seemed very messed up. An outside recruiter that was working on the role contacted me at first and we had a 15 min phone conversation. It seemed to go great, as they all do, but like most recruiters I've been finding, after that communication completely fell off. She mentioned the process would take 4-6 weeks, and two weeks to get back initial feedback which OK, I understand. But she mentioned that I could email anytime asking for a status update, and when I did, THREE times, there was no response. So unprofessional.

Got a call from a recruiter pretty quickly after sending my resume. The initial phone screen was really laid back, we even chatted about music and fitness. Then, they set up an onsite interview later that week. They were really flexible with scheduling. I met with three people one-on-one. The first two interviews were fine, the questions weren't too tough. The third person I met with was a supervisor, and she seemed kind of cold, like she wasn't too impressed with me. I get nervous in interviews though. She walked me out. Heard back a few weeks later, but it was a rejection.

This was a long interview process, with several people interviewing me. Overall it was a good experience and I had good conversations. You should plan to block off a few hours for this interview, but the office is amazing and the people/culture of Pandora seems to be very important to the company overall.
