I applied online and heard back from the office manager who set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that went well, I got invited for an in-person interview. I did have to reschedule it though because of jury duty. The plan was to meet with four people, but only two showed up on the day. The hiring manager said I'd talk to the other two by phone the next week, but that never happened. I got a rejection email instead. I asked if my jury duty had anything to do with it and they said no, but I suspect it did. The CMO and director seemed like they already had someone in mind.

I did a phone screening, then talked to the recruiting manager, followed by a home assignment. After that, I interviewed with the CTO, and then the CEO and HR. There was also an analytical test. Everything was done remotely via Zoom because of the COVID-19 quarantine. I had a good experience communicating with the team.

HR interview first, they said it would be a quick process. Then an Excel test came up. I didn't get clear answers to my questions about the test, but I felt I did well on it. I asked for feedback but never got any replay.
