So the first thing was a quick chat with the recruiter, just to go over the company and the whole process. After that, I talked to the team lead. He gave me the lowdown on the team, the role itself, and then asked me to introduce myself, what I'm hoping to get out of this, and to walk him through my work history. Then came the take-home assignment.

Behavioral Technical

Had an interview with one of the directors and the hiring team. Once they agreed, the 2nd interview was with the Lead Data Scientist, who would be my manager. The LDS asked tricky questions, like he had a legal background instead of engineering, trying to make me screen myself out. That didn't work, so he didn't recommend me!
