The interview was pretty easy, they asked about personal questions and questions about your accomplishments, how you work with a team, handle conflict, etc. Then I got reached out by the hirer not too long after in the same day and they set up onboarding process.
- What is one thing you are proud of that you accomplished this year?

The interview process felt pretty intense, especially when it came to talking about the role itself and the salary. But, if you prepped a bit, it was pretty straightforward to get hired. They seemed to really care about whether you'd fit into the company culture and align with their values.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?

You can sign up on their website to get interview dates, or you can just walk in, it's up to you if you do your research. Either way, you walk in and sign up for an interview. You can sit anywhere in the restaurant and one of the hiring managers or someone from Panda Express management will sit with you and ask you some questions. The questions are pretty easy if you know basic interview questions and know yourself when they throw in some curveball questions. After the interview, which takes about 10 minutes, they'll contact you in about 3-5 business days.
- Tell me about a time you handled a customer complaint at a previous job or experience.
