Since this location had just opened and they were having open interviews, I had to wait around for one of the managers to come and interview me after I checked in. The interview started off okay, but then the manager began asking highly inappropriate and personal questions. He asked why my parents aren't around, about my financial situation after leaving my last job, and why I didn't just 'suck it up' for my family's sake. He also asked why I didn't go for a higher position given my experience, and when I tried to say I'd be open to it if available, he told me they only hire entry-level. Incredibly unprofessional.
