Accountant
You'll have four to five rounds of interviews with different management levels. They want you to pay for Landmark Forum courses, which can be over $1,000 each, and they won't reimburse you.
- Can you share a past challenge and how you handled it?
Accountant
Panda has a pretty unique hiring process. It's got three interview rounds and one self-learning exercise. You get to meet the whole team and the founder.
- What makes you want to join Panda?
Accounting Clerk
I applied online via the Panda site and heard back about a week later. They first emailed me to set up a phone interview. Then, about a month later, they scheduled an in-person interview at their corporate office. The HR associate I spoke with was really nice and friendly. Since I'm a recent grad, I was pretty nervous and my interview skills weren't the best. The interviewer noticed I was anxious and, at the end, she kindly offered me some advice on how I could improve. I was surprised because I thought my nervousness and poor answers had ruined my chances. It was great that she cared about my success as a new professional. Luckily, I got a second chance to interview with her a few weeks later. I used her advice, did much better, and passed. After that, I met with the department manager and supervisor the same day. They were also very personable, and I made a good impression on them (thanks to the HR associate's help!), ultimately getting an offer to work there!
- Can you tell me about Panda's Mission Statement, Values, and the Panda Way?
