Account Manager
It was pretty straight forward, the EA/OM scheduled an interview with the VP of Sales Americas. We went over my background, the job, no really difficult questions. In the end I didn't get an offer, it wasn't really clear, but I don't think they filled the position, perhaps looking to do so in Region.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Technical Account Manager
The process is quite long 1) Phone interview 2) English level exam over the phone 3) Face to face interview 4) Simulation meeting - you get a recording of a session with a customer to study from and you need to deliver the same session - ~30min 5) HR meeting 6) VP meeting 7) CEO meeting 8) Finally, you get an offer.
- How would you handle customer objections?
Account Manager
I went through a consultant for this role. There were 6 rounds of interviews, one of which was a product presentation. I didn't get any feedback on the interviews and never heard back. The consultant eventually said they thought my profile wasn't a good fit, which makes me wonder why they didn't figure that out in the first round.
- Can you demo a product?
- How does your sales process work?
