I found Panasas on LinkedIn and after some research, a contact introduced me to the recruiter. I applied and heard back about a delay, about 8 weeks later I got a phone screening which went well. I was told to expect a technical phone interview, but it got escalated to an onsite video conference with the director/manager and engineers. This was a bit novel as they were in Pittsburg and I was in Sunnyvale. I think it went okay, though I had some gaps in experience for their niche, but nothing major. The interview ended with an HR person and an Engineering VP. It seemed to go well, but a few days later I was told they weren't moving forward with my application. I'm not sure why and I'm disappointed, but I'm still connected with the recruiter.

First, there was a phone screen. Then, a round of interviews happened in person at the Sunnyvale HQ. The staff was really friendly. They seemed interested in getting to know me as a person, not just assessing my technical skills.

Got referred by a friend. First, I had a call with the hiring manager, and then we had lunch. After that, an HR rep called me. Then I did a presentation to a panel, and also had one-on-one interviews. The panel was made up of people from different roles in the company.
