Communications Specialist
The interview process was pretty smooth. The interviewers were thoughtful and respectful, and they asked really insightful questions which focused more on experiential rather than theoretical knowledge. The interview team also followed up with me during each step and kept me updated throughout the process. I was really impressed

Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
The interview process had two phases. First, there was a 3-hour written exercise that assessed project management, data management, analysis, data visualization, and storytelling abilities. Candidates who did well on the first part moved on to a 45-minute oral interview.

I first had a quick phone call with the program associate. Then, the head of the organization interviewed me. Both of these interviews were on the phone because of where I was located. I didn't really have to prep much for it.

Graphic Designer
The interview process had two steps and felt pretty casual and nice. The people interviewing me were higher up than the role I'm applying for. It felt more like chatting than a formal interview.
