The interview process was good, they were very attentive and didactic, especially when it came to acting and simulating experiences. It was very relevant to the position, the people were very friendly. Everything was explained very well. The treatment was very cordial. I would do another interview.

I sent my application and in the same month they contacted me for an interview with an HR person. She told me that in the following days they would let me know if I continued in the process, and 5 minutes later I was called for the next day, for a group assessment, where we had to solve a given exercise in groups.

My experience with this company's hiring process has been terrible. I was contacted twice last year, first through Michael Page, and then 10 months later through GhidiniRhodil. In both cases, they approached me and scheduled interviews on short notice, then disappeared with no follow-up or feedback. I tried reaching out to the recruiter multiple times, but never got a response! It's really disrespectful to candidates.

I applied for the internship program, and the HR people who handle that area contacted me. From there, I had an interview with them first, then an interview with the Data Science Team Lead and the Area Manager. Since I don't have work experience, they asked me a lot about my university work and experiences. The interview was very calm and comfortable; they created a good atmosphere for me to explain myself well, and they asked specific questions about my profile and my general objectives. The last interview was with the internship tutor, where they asked me more technical questions and about concrete data science experiences.
