I had a 10-minute interview with HR. The recruiter seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested. She didn't ask me any questions and ended the call after 10 minutes, saying they'd let me know in two weeks. Almost a month passed, I sent an email, and after a few more days, I received an automated message that I didn't get the job.

The interview process was long, taking over three months. It started with an initial chat with HR, then a meeting with the Area Head. I thought it was over, but then two months later they called me for an in-person interview with the Manager and the Area Head. They never mentioned salary during the whole thing, which was a bit weird. They kept bragging about being the biggest company in Argentina's energy sector and all they ever ask is why you want to join Pampa. In the end, they hired someone from another country, which is funny because their slogan is '100% National'. This whole thing lacked transparency and took way too long, so I can't really recommend applying because it's a waste of time and energy.

This was primarily a personality-based interview. You need to introduce yourself, discuss your aspirations, and highlight the skills you can bring to the company. They are quite flexible with the types of questions they ask and the responses you give. Overall, it was a very straightforward interview.

It was a very warm interview. Some of the questions were a bit unusual. They asked things like what you'd use a computer for on a boat, plus a math game. The game instructions were sent the day before.
