The interview process was quite long, detailed, and challenging. I liked how I moved through the stages easily up to the final round, but it was a bummer to find out the result without any heads-up, especially since another candidate and I were neck and neck. I had to chase for updates a lot during the process, and it was a shame there wasn't even an automated message.

Ten 30 min phone interviews with peers, senior-level and c-level personnel. HR point of contact was missing in action due to them being overworked. The delay is with HR. Easy

The recruiter was responsive. Even though different recruiters were involved, they worked well together. The whole process was organized and seemed professional, with a dedicated interview space. I had 5 interviews, plus the recruiter, and the pace felt right. It wasn't too fast or too slow, unlike some tech companies that have too many interviews. I was happy with how it went, but they could have done a better job selling the company and its benefits. I would have paid more attention to PAN earlier if I'd known how good the company and benefits were.
