The interview process felt disjointed, with long gaps followed by sudden activity, making it hard to gauge the company’s urgency. Communication was inconsistent, and different interviewers seemed misaligned, creating a sense of internal disconnect. The lack of a clear timeline and decision-making process could be a red flag for candidates, raising concerns about broader operational efficiency. While the company is a leader in cybersecurity, a more structured hiring experience would better reflect its reputation and help attract top talent.
